The TC40 series is a Class C (designed according to Class II test requirements) switching surge protective device, suitable for secondary protection of load equipment in building, automation, and computer room power distribution lines, preventing low-voltage equipment from overvoltage interference. It is installed at the LPZ0B-1 or higher interface.

Product Installation:
1. The SPD is used for secondary lightning protection in 220V/380V main distribution systems. It is installed in parallel at the power inlet of building distribution boxes or computer rooms, mounted on a 35mm electrical rail. Kelvin connection can be adopted. Before installation, the power must be turned off; live operation is strictly prohibited.
2. During installation, connect according to the installation diagram: L for phase line, N for neutral line, PE for ground line. Do not misconnect. After installation, close the circuit breaker switch and check if the working status is normal.
3. During use, regularly inspect the lightning protection module and check the status of the fault display window. If the fault display window turns red or the remote signaling terminal outputs an alarm signal, it indicates a fault in the lightning protection module, and it should be repaired or replaced promptly.
4. Suitable for indoor operation. If installed outdoors, a waterproof enclosure must be added.
5. All wiring must be secure and ensure reliable electrical connections. SPD connection wire: BVR ≥ 10mm²; ground wire: BVR ≥ 16mm². The lead length should be less than 0.5m and as short as possible.
6. Lightning protection grounding should comply with lightning protection standards. The ground wire should be as thick and short as possible, with a short grounding path for equipotential connection via grounding conductors.
